2. Design Phase: We take these details to our skilled architect, who crafts and designs a plan tailored to your needs. Once the initial design is ready, we present it to you for review and feedback.

3. Permitting Process: Before we begin building, we handle the permitting process, taking care of all the documents required by the city or county to bring your project to life.
